Plus the teams who keep them honest. - The How: Evidence, then systems. I read the funnel against the screens behind it, find where intent leaks out, and fix it so the next team can reuse the fix. - The Why: Someone should get what they came for with less effort than they expected. I name who that someone is, and how much easier their day gets, before I open Figma. - [Process](https://levibahn.com/process/): what, how and why, plus a 30/60/90 day plan for the first quarter in a role. - [The Behavior Layer](https://levibahn.com/behavior-layer/): psychology applied where the customer decides, with four shipped moments and the number each one moved. ## Experience - The Shokunin Crafthouse: Founder, Principal. The answers they called about already existed, just nowhere they could find them. - Intervention: We brought the apps under one design language, rebuilt the information architecture around what borrowers call about, and redesigned the payment flows and the dashboard. - Results: We folded the set into one native app built around the questions borrowers actually ask, and the calls went down with it. - Metrics: $10M a year off call-centre cost (Drafted, confirmed by Levi, 2026-10-25); 31% fewer payment calls (Drafted, confirmed by Levi, 2026-10-25) - Access: Under NDA. The old journey split that night across several systems, and families stalled in the gaps. - Intervention: We mapped the journey as one system, from marketing through submission and the anxious days after, and set the content strategy alongside the UX and UI. - Results: We rebuilt it as one journey from the first marketing touch to a funded loan, and more families finished what they started. - Metrics: $2B rise in originations (Drafted, confirmed by Levi, 2026-10-25); 18% more applications completed (Drafted, confirmed by Levi, 2026-10-25) - Access: Under NDA. This summary is public; the full study is password protected. The checkout assumed one plan for everyone, so both the idea and the flow needed rebuilding. - Intervention: We taught the new model on the plans page, cut the offer to one Unlimited plan, and turned the buy flow inside out so it ran line by line. - Results: We shipped a flow that let every line pick its own plan, and it became AT&T’s default way to sell family accounts. - Metrics: 12% lift in multi-line sales (Drafted, confirmed by Levi, 2026-10-25); 9% fewer abandoned carts (Drafted, confirmed by Levi, 2026-10-25); 3 channels selling it: digital, retail and care (From the 2.0 study) ### [Spatial Art Curation](https://levibahn.com/work/spatial-art-curation/) - Client: An art-tech startup - Role: Lead designer - Timeline: 2024 - Team: Solo designer, with the founder and 1 engineer - Platform: iOS, lidar and AR - Scope: Concept Work, Product Strategy, Pitch, UX, UI, Native App - Context: Most people know what they love on a wall. Almost no one can say why it belongs there. - Intervention: We paired a lidar room scan and AR on iOS with a curator’s reasoning, so the app says why a piece fits. - Results: We designed a proof of concept that scans a room and makes the case for the pieces that fit, and it earned partner interest. - Metrics: Room scan to first match in under 10 seconds (Drafted, confirmed by Levi, 2026-10-25); Partner interest at POC - Access: Under NDA. Nothing off the shelf could hold that whole operating model. - Intervention: We designed iOS, web admin and consumer web on one dark, native design system, with a car hashtag as each member’s identity on every surface. - Results: We partnered with Orbus Innovation to design it end to end, and members raced with the TestFlight build at live events in November 2023. - Metrics: 145 iOS screens across 4 codebases (From the 2.0 study); 2 days per new screen, down from 5 days, once one design system served every codebase (Drafted, confirmed by Levi, 2026-10-30); 14 TestFlight builds shipped to beta (From the 2.0 study) ## AI Lab Ten things built with AI: https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/ - [ai.levibahn.com](https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/ai-levibahn/): A public record of the studio operating system: studio memory, agent handoffs and approval gates. - [Meg's Playbook](https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/megs-playbook/): A mobile web app, saved to the iPhone home screen, that sets out the plan as one clear, scannable playbook. - [Copper & Quartz](https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/copper-and-quartz/): A wedding site with RSVP, guest admin with exports and a gift registry with payments. - [Kata](https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/kata/): An on-device engine that learns my edits from Apple Photos and applies my style to new photos. - [Client Portal](https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/client-portal/): An invitation-only portal that gives each client one project dashboard. - [Duel Investment](https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/duel-investment/): My portfolio against an AI portfolio manager, head to head, on my own Mac. - [Money Bags](https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/money-bags/): A scorer with three lenses (parser, AI screener, human read) where the lowest lens is the score. - [Health Dashboard](https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/health-dashboard/): A single-page daily goals dashboard with no backend and no account. - [Shokunin Design System](https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/shokunin-brand/): A living design system: tokens, components and a reference site that every Shokunin property draws from. - [Studio PM](https://levibahn.com/ai-lab/studio-pm/): A native board that shows every session, every wait on me, and the control that ends each wait.
